CNC OperatorAerotek is hiring immediately for 1st and 2nd shift CNC operators. Set-up experience is not necessary. Operators will be fully trained on tool change processes for machinery.Job Responsibilities:Operate CNC machines - mills and/or lathesPerform tool changes and offsetsLoad and unload machines with materialsPerform quality inspections with micrometers, calipers, and gaugesTroubleshoot issues and perform necessary adjustments to maintain machine performanceMust-Have Skills:3+ years of CNC machining experience.2+ years of experience with tool changes and offsets.Positive attitude and willingness to learnShift Schedules:1st shift is 5:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Thursday2nd shift Option A is 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Thursday (+ $2/hour shift premium)2nd shift Option B is 3:30 PM to midnight, Monday through Friday (+ $2/hour shift premium)Ample optional overtime is available on Friday's and Saturday'sEmployee Benefits:Hired in directly to the company after 90 working days.
