CNC OperatorClackamas, Oregon, United StatesReconCraft is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Press Brake Operator to support precision metal fabrication operations in Clackamas, Oregon. This role is responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC press brake equipment to produce high-quality components that meet strict engineering specifications.The ideal candidate has strong experience in metal forming, the ability to interpret complex blueprints, and a commitment to maintaining tight tolerances in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position also plays a key role in quality control, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement.This schedule for this position is Monday through Thursday, 4pm - 2am.Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):Operate and maintain CNC press brake equipment to perform precision forming operationsUpload and run pre-programmed NC files and adjust machine settings as neededRead and interpret complex engineering drawings and determine proper bend sequencesSet up tooling, materials, and machine configurations for each jobProduce parts to tight tolerances while maintaining high quality standardsInspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure compliance with specificationsTroubleshoot forming issues and make real-time adjustments to ensure accuracy and efficiencyDocument and report non-conforming parts and support quality control processesMaintain accurate production schedules, including timelines and completion estimatesFollow all safety procedures while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentOperate material handling equipment such as overhead cranes and forklifts (training provided)Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaEssential Job Qualifications and Requirements:CitizenshipMust be a U.S.
