You'll be:Setting up, operating, and maintaining multiple CNC 3- and 4-axis grinding machinesLoading and unloading components while performing dimensional and visual inspectionsAccurately recording inspection results and production dataTroubleshooting machine issues and adjusting programs as neededMaintaining tooling and ensuring machines operate efficientlySupporting the training of new operators when necessaryEnsuring safety and quality standards are met at all timesCommunicating safety or quality concerns to supervisors and team membersThis job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have a high school diploma or GED (required)Possess previous CNC machine operation experience (required)Can stand for an 8-hour shift and safely lift up to 33 lbsDemonstrate a strong commitment to safety, quality, and reliabilityAre detail-oriented, team-focused, and eager to learnWhat happens next?Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
