Join our team and help deliver solutions that keep critical infrastructure running safely and efficiently.The CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Operator is responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.

This role involves machine setup, monitoring production, inspecting finished parts, and maintaining equipment to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety.ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC machines such as lathes, mills, routers, or plasma tables.Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.Load raw materials into machines and ensure proper alignment.Monitor machine operations and make minor adjustments as needed.Measure finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure quality standards.Perform first-piece and in-process inspections.Change tools, offsets, and machine settings as required.Maintain machine cleanliness and perform basic preventive maintenance.Identify and troubleshoot minor machine issues.Follow production schedules to meet deadlines.Maintain accurate production records and documentation.Follow workplace safety procedures and use proper PPE.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferred.Experience operating CNC machinery preferred.Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.Basic knowledge of G-code and machine controls.Strong math and measurement skills.Familiarity with precision measuring tools.Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.Ability to read, write, and understand work instructions, safety procedures, and production documentation in English required. May be exposed to hot or cold environments depending on season. Work schedule may include overtime or weekend shifts as needed.
