CNC OperatorWe are seeking a skilled CNC Operator who can expertly set up and interpret blueprints, while understanding the fundamentals of G&M codes.ResponsibilitiesSet up parts and machinery for operation.Interpret and read blueprints accurately.Operate lathe and mill machines effectively.Utilize calipers, micrometres, and other measurement tools.Manage and operate CNC machines including Fanuc, Haas, and others.Handle machine shop equipment such as horizontal and vertical boring machines.Operate 4-axis and 5-axis machines with precision.Work with materials such as grey iron, steel, and carbon steel.Perform tasks involving overhead cranes and lathe machines.Essential SkillsProficiency in CNC operating and machine setup.Strong understanding of G&M codes.Blueprint reading expertise.Experience with lathe and milling machines.Ability to use measurement tools like calipers and micrometres.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Mori Seiki machines is advantageous.Horizontal and vertical machining experience.Willingness to learn and grow into a more advanced machinist role.Why Work Here?Join a company that values growth and professional development in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
