CNC OPERATOR

Experienced Cnc OperatorWe're looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join a growing manufacturing team!Pay: $19.00/hr to start increase to $20.00/hr after successfully completing the probationary period (approximately 90 days).What You'll Do:* Operate and monitor CNC equipment used in the manufacturing process.* Perform routine machine adjustments, basic troubleshooting, and minor maintenance.* Read and complete production documentation accurately.* Load and move materials throughout the production area.* Help train and support team members while maintaining safety and quality standards.What We're Looking For:Previous CNC machine operating experienceMechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionLeadership mindset and willingness to mentor othersCommitment to safety and qualityPhysical & Work Environment:This is a physically demanding manufacturing position.* Frequent heavy lifting is required.* You must be able to work in a hot industrial environment.* The manufacturing process involves fiberglass materials, so this is not an air-conditioned office or light-duty position.If you're an experienced CNC Operator looking for a long-term opportunity and you're comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to speak with you!
