CNC Machine OperatorAre you experienced with CNC machines and enjoy hands-on work? We are looking for a CNC Machine Operator to help create high-quality products. If you have a strong attention to detail, enjoy working with machines, and take pride in producing quality work, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoOperate CNC machines to cut, shape, and polish.Read shop drawings, blueprints, and production orders to ensure accurate fabrication.Set up machine tooling and enter the correct machine settings.Load and unload stone slabs safely using lifting equipment and team assistance.Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.Use measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers to verify dimensions.Work closely with fabricators, supervisors, and production team members to meet deadlines.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.Assist with basic CNC program editing when required.What We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsExperience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.Comfortable using measuring tools to ensure accuracy.Strong attention to detail and quality.Basic understanding of CNC controls and machine operation.Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Commitment to workplace safety.Preferred QualificationsExperience in stone fabrication, countertop manufacturing, or similar industries.CNC experience with stone, wood, or metal materials.Knowledge of basic CNC programming or G-code editing.Manufacturing, fabrication, or machine operating experience.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, PA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
