CNC Level 1 OperatorsCNC Level 1 Operators – Turning Department Location: Plymouth, CT Pay: $20.00–$26.00 per hour, based on relevant experience Schedule: 1st Shift & 2nd Shift | Four-day workweek Job Type: Full-time, permanent, in-person We are seeking two CNC Level 1 Operators to join our turning department—one for 1st shift and one for 2nd shift. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is dependable, mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in precision manufacturing. At this level, work ethic, reliability, attention to detail, and basic mechanical skills are more important than extensive CNC experience.
