CNC Operator – Day Shift | Baltimore, MDHeartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking an experienced CNC Operator/Machinist for a full-time day-shift opportunity in Baltimore, Maryland. This is a hands-on position in a job shop environment, not a production shop, and requires an experienced machinist who can independently set up, adjust, and operate CNC milling equipment to perform precision machining operations.POSITION OVERVIEWThe CNC Operator will perform end-to-end machining work, including interpreting engineering drawings, determining machining sequences, selecting appropriate tooling and materials, setting up machines, monitoring feeds and speeds, making in-process adjustments, and verifying finished parts against required dimensions and tolerances. The ideal candidate brings significant hands-on CNC machining experience and a strong understanding of the setup and operation of CNC milling centers.

Experience with Haas CNC Milling Centers is particularly valuable for this position.
