CNC Operator

CNC OperatorAs a CNC Operator at ASC, you will work in the Machine shop and have the opportunity to perform all CNC operations pertaining to the machining of threaded pipe fittings and to ensure the safety of all functions.How You Will HelpOperator trained to load a part safely, start the machine cycle and remove the part when completed. Perform a visual quality inspection of the part. Notify the supervisor or lead of any issuesOperate all CNC Equipment (mills/lathes)Complete necessary product quality inspections and documentationPlace completed parts in the appropriate containerHow to use the Emergency-stop in the event of a machine malfunction or unusual noiseMust maintain quality & productivity objectives in single and multiple equipment operationCapable of learning how to report daily production in M3Must be trainable in the use of precise measuring equipment & quality inspection.Must be able to comprehend product identification and quality standardsAdditional responsibilities and duties may be assigned.
