This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in precision manufacturing and tooling. The CNC Operator will assist in operating and maintaining CNC equipment while learning to produce high-quality components used in injection mold tooling.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC machines under supervisionLoad and unload raw materials and finished partsMonitor machine operations to ensure proper function and detect issuesPerform tool changes and offsets as directedInspect parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gaugesRead and follow work instructions, blueprints, and setup sheetsMaintain accurate production and quality documentationKeep machines and work areas clean and organizedFollow all company safety policies and proceduresMay perform other duties and responsibilities as assignedQualificationsRequired:Vocational School – completion or activeBasic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learnStrong attention to detailAbility to follow instructions and work in a team environmentBasic math skills (measurement, fractions, decimals)Preferred:Exposure to CNC machining through coursework, training, or internshipsAbility to read basic blueprints or technical drawingsFamiliarity with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers)Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and/or sit for extended periods of timeAbility to visually inspect detailed markings and part featuresManual dexterity to handle tools and small componentsAbility to lift and move materials or components weighing up to 40 poundsWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation based on experience401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysCareer growth opportunities within a growing organizationClean, climate-controlled manufacturing environmentThe hourly pay range for this role is $16.00 - $32.00.
