The associate will be responsible for the timeliness, accuracy, and completion of these daily operations. Installing glass and other door components.Ensuring the proper quality, accuracy and timeliness of the prepping of all doors for specials, line, and finish.Properly staging all doors for production or shipping.Maintaining the organization, maintenance, and cleanliness of the CNC area, assigned by the CNC SupervisorWorking with shipping to pull individual components for customer ordersEnsuring that all production areas are properly supplied for the day's workPerforming other tasks as assigned by the CNC SupervisorThis position offers a $300 annual clothing allowance for uniform, protective footwear, and PPE.High School diploma/GED requiredPrior woodworking would be considered a plus; router, miter saws, table sawsPrior CNC operation would be considered a plus, but not requiredKnowledge of exterior doors would be considered a plus, but not required.Strong communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work safely and efficiently at all timesDependable and reliableAbility to accurately read orders and stage material to internal customer needsStrong attention to detail and desire to "do things right the first time"Ability to lift up to 75 lbAbility to stand for 8-10 hours/dayLumbermen's exists to enrich the lives of people by intentionally caring for all who experience us.
