CNC Operator - Now Hiring!We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team in Sarasota, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machining equipment to produce precision components that meet engineering specifications and quality standards. This position requires strong blueprint reading skills, attention to detail, and experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC mills and other machining equipment.Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, work orders, and specifications.Select and install tooling, fixtures, and machine offsets required for production runs.Perform machine adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy and product quality.Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and gauges.Monitor machine performance and identify opportunities for process improvements.Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.Maintain production records and accurately document machining operations.Troubleshoot machining issues and collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve problems.Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment and work areas clean and organized.Follow all safety procedures and company policies while operating machinery and handling materials.Meet production schedules while maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.Minimum of 2 years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Experience with CNC milling operations.Proficiency using precision measuring tools and inspection equipment.Strong understanding of machining tolerances and quality requirements.Why Work Here?You will join a company that offers a supportive, team-oriented culture where your contributions are recognized and valued. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
