In this hands-on role, you'll set up, program, and operate CNC and conventional machines used to manufacture critical aerospace components.

Our teams manufacture and repair critical aerospace components used throughout the global aviation industry.Shift: 3rd, Primarily Monday-Friday (schedule flexibility required; days and hours may vary based on business needs, including weekends) | 10:00 PM-6:30 PM Shift Differential: $2-$4/hour based on assigned workdays Sign-On Bonus: $1,000What You'll Do:Program, set up, and operate CNC and conventional machinesLoad and edit machine programs as neededSet up tooling, fixtures, and materialsProduce parts to engineering and production specificationsInspect and measure parts using precision measuring toolsPerform minor part modifications and finishing workFollow assembly, production, and quality requirementsUtilize computerized production tracking systemsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaSupport 5S, Lean, and continuous improvement initiativesWhat We're Looking For:High school diploma or equivalent2+ years of CNC machining or machine operation experience preferredExperience using measuring tools and inspection equipmentAbility to read and follow work instructions and specificationsBasic math skills and mechanical aptitudeStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityReliable, safety-focused, and team-orientedWhy Chromalloy?Join a team that manufactures components for the aerospace industry while working in an environment that values quality, safety, continuous improvement, and employee growth
