Job DetailsESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Operates CNC machine to manufacture parts per drawings and/or instructions.Inspects and visualizes all parts so that specified dimensions are met using micrometers, calipers or other inspection devices.Works efficiently using correct tooling for the job and meets production quotas.Be able to change inserts and endmills.Maintains clean work area and keeps machines clean.Shows ability and desire to learn.Will need to be able to identify and complete all documentation per partWorks as a team.Keeps a good work attitudePerform all tasks as required of a Safety Sensitive position.OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Other duties as assigned by supervisorVisualizes and studies blueprintsExercises good judgementQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:High School diploma or GEDEntry-level 0-1-year experience in operating CNC machines preferredPrevious machine shop experience a plusBasic mathematical skills, additional skills in geometry and trigonometry preferredVerbal and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize and handle multiple tasksAbility to follow detailed and complex instructionsExperience with CNC, lathes, mills, handheld sanders, calipers and other measuring devices preferredBasic computer skillsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Frequent pushing, pulling, bending, standing, walking and twistingUse of vibrating toolsHearing and speaking clearlyRepetitive motion of finger, wrist, elbow, shoulder or neck movementPrecise dexterityReadingOccasional lifting up to 50lbs.Lifting from floor to waistReaching from shoulder level or belowSeeing to distinguish colors, prepare/analyze figures, prepare/review documents, to visually inspect and to measure/assemble at a close distanceFrequent use of power tools and machineryWORK ENVIRONMENT/ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:Exposure to smoke/dust/wet and dampHigh noise levelSAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION:This position is designated as a Safety Sensitive Position as defined by the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act.This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by this position.
