CNC Milling Machinist PositionHamilton Connections is seeking candidates for a CNC milling machinist position at a manufacturing company in Bethel, CT. This is a temp-to-hire position. The hours are 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m., Monday-Friday.
The salary is $20-$30 an hour, based on experience.Job Responsibilities:Setup, maintenance and operation of Haas CNC millsDeliver production jobs on time and within budgetMonitor in-process dimension standardsReview instructions to understand specifications of outputMonitor machine while working to make necessary adjustments and identify issuesOther duties as assignedJob Requirements:Experience operating CNC mills; experience operating lathes a plusExperience setting up CNC machines for productionPossess a good understanding of QA and/or manufacturing processesExperience with measuring instruments and blueprintsISO/AS9100 experience a plusAble to handle physical aspects of the job, including standing for long periods and heavy liftingAble to work overtime when neededAble to pass pre-employment screenings
