Compensation for these direct-hire opportunities ranges between $62,400 - $72,800 annually, depending on skills and experience.What you will do as a CNC Mill Programmer:Program, set up, and operate a variety of CNC Mill Machine Tools and/or job proceduresProduce parts applying knowledge of mechanics, metal properties, layout, job procedures, and troubleshoot as well as monitor quality and count on parts producedStudy specifications, such as blueprints, sketches, or description of part to be produced, and plan sequence of operationsMaintain a level of performance equivalent to company standards, that being a sustained performance rating of at least 81% in all areas of your performance evaluationsReport to machine shop manager or immediate managerOccasionally operate a forklift and perform inventory countingWhat you need to be a CNC Mill Programmer:High School diploma or equivalency and 5 years of machining experience, or trade school diploma for machiningAbility to read and understand English instructionsCertifications as required by company (Training Matrix for Mill Program & Set-up/Operator)Must be organized and able to use computers, calculators, and legibly fill out shop papers, and QC charts, as well as the ability to work harmoniously with all levels of employeesFull range of bodily motion with the ability of lifting a maximum of 75 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodationAbility to lift parts that weigh up to 45 lbs. repeatedly over a shift period, with or without reasonable accommodation, for the purpose of loading and unloading a variety of machine toolsWhat are you waiting for?
