CNC Mill OperatorWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Mill Operator to set up, operate, and maintain CNC milling machines to produce precision metal parts and components. The ideal candidate will have experience with machine setup, blueprint reading, and quality control, and must be able to work independently and follow safety procedures at all times.Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate CNC milling machines according to specificationsRead and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work ordersLoad raw materials and ensure proper tooling is installedMonitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and accuracyPerform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot issuesInspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gaugesMaintain a clean and safe work environmentRecord production data and complete job documentation accuratelyRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent3+ years of experience operating CNC milling machines (preferred)Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsProficient with precision measuring instrumentsBasic math and computer skillsStrong attention to detail and qualityAbility to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periodsWork Environment:Manufacturing or machine shop settingExposure to machinery noise, metal shavings, and oilsUse of PPE required (safety glasses, gloves, etc.)Schedule & Payrate: $27.00 - $30.001st Shift Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm2nd Shift Monday - Friday 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm
