Job DescriptionPosition Responsibilities:Set up new and repeat parts, optimize and operate (when necessary) advanced CNC equipment (3-, 4-, and 5-axis mills)Machine/monitor complex components to tight tolerancesInterpret detailed engineering drawings and GD&T requirementsTroubleshoot machining issues and implement optimizationEnsure compliance with AS9100, ITAR, and internal quality standardsCollaborate with engineering on process improvementsMentor junior machinists and support team developmentPosition Requirements:10+ years of CNC machining experience (aerospace/defense preferred)Advanced multi-axis machining and strong G-code knowledgeStrong knowledge of aerospace materials and machining practicesDeep understanding of GD&T and blueprint readingExperience with regulated environments (AS9100, NADCAP)Proficiency with precision measuring instrumentsEducation:High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.Must be knowledgeable with GD&T.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Near acuity and accommodation are required for reading written instructions, lists, documents, blueprints, and computer screen.The base salary range for this full-time position is $33.37-$56.73 hourly. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
