Responsibilities
* Set up and operate CNC machinery, milling, or lathe equipment following technical drawings and setup sheets.
* Translate customer engineering drawings and specifications into logical manufacturing steps.
* Inspect first-piece output, tools, and parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, indicators) to meet strict aerospace standards.
* Edit programs, adjust tooling, and resolve machine or process issues to ensure continuous improvement.
* Coordinate with engineering, quality, and production planning teams.
