Bonus eligibility and amount are determined during the hiring process.Your RoleAs a CNC Machinist / Programmer, you'll be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts to exact specifications.
You'll collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize setups, reduce cycle times, and maintain the highest quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled machinist who enjoys both hands-on machining and technical programming challenges.Your Responsibilities:Program, set up, and operate CNC milling and lathe machinesCreate, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programs (G-code / CAM) to ensure efficiency and accuracyRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job travelersUse precision measuring instruments to verify tolerances and part conformanceLoad, align, and indicate parts and fixtures accuratelyPerform tool selection and offset adjustments as neededCollaborate with team members and engineering staff to improve machining processesMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentWhat We're Looking For:5+ years of CNC machining experience with programming proficiency (G-code or CAM software such as Mastercam, Fusion 360, etc.)Strong understanding of CNC mill and/or lathe setup and operationProven ability to read blueprints, interpret GD&T, and hold tight tolerancesProficiency in using precision measuring equipment (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etc.)Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication and teamwork abilitiesReliable, motivated, and quality-driven mindsetWillingness to work overtime or occasional Saturdays when needed
