You’ll work with tight tolerances, quality materials, and a team that values pride in workmanship and continuous improvement.Your Responsibilities:Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machinesVerify dimensions and tolerances using precision measuring instrumentsRead and interpret blueprints, job tickets, and production drawingsPerform regular machine maintenance and tool adjustmentsCollaborate with teammates to maintain quality and meet production goalsWhat We’re Looking For:3–5 years of CNC machining experienceStrong understanding of G-code programming and machine setupAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsReliable, detail-oriented, and eager to produce top-quality workComfortable working with both large and small componentsWillingness to work overtime or Saturdays when needed
