Job Description: CNC Manufacturing Engineer | Morganton, NC Job Summary
A candidate for this position must have strong CNC machining knowledge. This knowledge must include programming, processing, and implementing efficient methods of successfully running high-quality machined parts for many industries. Estimating knowledge is preferred.
Job Responsibilities
Manage current and new projects while consistently assessing projects for continuous improvement.
Estimate new projects.
Mentor others in improving their CNC manufacturing skills.
Work within the Company’s ISO 9001 and AS9100 requirements.
Job Requirements
~10-year minimum hands-on experience with CNC programming and setup.
~ Highly proficient in CAM programming.
~ Strong knowledge of standard and custom tooling.
~ Excellent attention to detail.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Good computer skills.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Ability to multitask as required.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
