- 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
- CNC maintenance or troubleshooting experience preferred.
- Basic to intermediate PLC troubleshooting knowledge preferred.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Experience using maintenance/diagnostic tools.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a production environment.
- Willingness to work overtime or respond to emergency repairs when needed.
- Technical/trade school certification is a plus.
- Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
