Utilizing your expertise in operating and programming CNC machinery, you will ensure the efficient and precise manufacturing of components that are essential to our success.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and program a variety of CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and other specialized equipmentInterpret and follow blueprints, technical drawings, and other specifications to ensure accurate part productionPerform measurements and inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other precision toolsMaintain and troubleshoot CNC machinery to ensure optimal performanceCollaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvementsAdhere to all safety protocols and quality control standardsQualificationsDemonstrated experience as a CNC Operator or CNC Programmer - Proficiency in operating CNC lathes, mills, and other relevant machinery - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and other manufacturing documentation - Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills - Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality - High school diploma or equivalent, with additional technical training or certifications preferredWorking ConditionsThis position involves working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods, lift and move heavy materials, and work on their feet for the duration of their shifts.
