We're seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with experience in 4-axis horizontal milling and/or lathe/mill-turn machining — someone who thrives on precision and takes pride in producing exceptional work.What You'll DoCNC Operation — Run CNC lathes, mill-turns, and 3-, 4-, and 5-axis mills to produce high-quality partsSetup & Adjustments — Load parts, set offsets, prove programs, perform edits, deburr, and inspectBlueprint Interpretation — Read drawings, GD&T, manuals, and specifications to determine tolerances and machining sequencesInspection & Measurement — Use calipers, micrometers, indicators, gauges, and CMM data to verify accuracyTroubleshooting — Identify malfunctions, out-of-tolerance conditions, and adjust machines or tooling as neededCollaboration — Work with supervisors, engineers, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve issuesMaintenance — Keep equipment clean, organized, and running efficientlyCompliance — Follow AS9100, safety regulations, and company policiesWhat You BringHigh School Diploma or GED; technical/vocational training preferred2-year degree in Precision Machining or 2+ years CNC machining experience in aerospace, medical, or high-precision environmentsExperience machining medium to high-complexity partsKnowledge of programming language, tooling, inserts, fixtures, and machining accessoriesStrong understanding of GD&T, tolerances, and engineering drawingsProficiency with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, indicators, CMM exposure)Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in EnglishStrong math skills (geometry, algebra, basic trigonometry)Ability to run multiple machines independently or as part of a teamAdaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environmentYour Future Starts HereWe're committed to helping you grow — with competitive benefits, advanced equipment, and a culture built on excellence.
