This role involves setting up and operating CNC equipment to produce custom and small-batch components. We are open to experienced machinists as well as recent graduates from technical programs who are eager to learn and grow within our industry.Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision machined componentsInterpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand part specificationsSelect, align, and secure fixtures, cutting tools, and materialsAdjust machine settings to optimize performance while maintaining quality standardsPerform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshootingInspect finished parts using precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipersEnsure all parts meet required tolerances and specificationsFollow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work areaQualifications:Experience operating CNC machines preferred (lathe and/or mill)Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsFamiliarity with precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges)Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitudeWillingness to learn and be trained in company-specific processesRecent graduates from technical or machining programs are encouraged to applyWork Environment: This is a low-volume, precision-focused machining environment where projects vary and attention to detail is critical.
