These are direct hire, permanent opportunities offering competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a welcoming, supportive work environment focused on your growth and success.Why Join Us?Direct hire placement with full benefits and paid vacation upon startCareer growth with advancement and internal promotion opportunitiesComprehensive training and development programsExcellent company culture—feel part of the team from day oneSupportive management and strong emphasis on continuous improvementPay Rate: $25–$35/hour, depending on experienceAvailable Shifts: 6:00am – 4:30pm (Monday to Friday) 5:00pm – 3:00am (Monday to Friday)Benefits: Company paid holidays, sick/personal leave, health/dental insurance, 401(k), FSA, STD/LTD, and life insurance.Key Responsibilities:Operate large CNC milling machines to produce complex, high-tolerance components (up to 80 tons and 30 meters in length)Set up, program, and verify machining operations using Siemens and Fanuc controlsInterpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications to determine machining sequencesSetup large workpieces using overhead cranes, fixtures, and proper rigging with strict safety adherenceLoad, verify, and manage pre-set tooling in tool magazines and chainsPerform both manual and CNC machining (including drilling, tapping, and finishing)Monitor production, optimize performance, and perform quality checks using precision instrumentsTroubleshoot machining issues; collaborate with engineering and supervision to resolve challengesMaintain a safe work environment and actively support improvement initiativesWhat You Bring:3–5 years' CNC machining experience with large or heavy equipmentProven skill working with complex operations and large CNC millsPrevious experience with Siemens and Fanuc CNC controls requiredStrong knowledge of blueprints, routings, GD&T, and machining practices (tools, speeds, feeds)Proficient with workholding, alignment, and precision measurementsAbility to adapt to both CNC and manual operations as neededWillingness to work alternate shifts and occasional weekendsRequired Qualifications:High school diploma or GEDTechnical training or machining certification is a plus
