Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC mills, CNC/manual lathes, and other machining equipment
- Machine precision prototype and production parts
- Interpret blueprints, determine tooling, feeds, speeds, and machining processes
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and tolerances
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and support continuous improvement efforts
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- CNC programming knowledge
- Manual mill and lathe experience
- Technical machinist training
- Understanding of multiple material types and properties
- Willingness to work overtime or weekends when required
