These are direct hire positions!Pay rate is $23-$28/hr. Schedule is 1st shift, 7am-3:30pm.Duties and Responsibilities:Efficiently load and unload raw materials and components from Swiss-style CNC lathes.Perform precise in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, and indicators to ensure adherence to quality standards.Monitor active machine operations, track tool wear, adjust offsets, and report any abnormal machining conditions.Qualifications:1+ years of experience operating CNC or Swiss-style machinesA solid understanding of basic Swiss turning principles, multi-axis machining, or machining practices.Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawingsTrillium Staffing has been recruiting and hiring CNC talent for over 30 years.
