If you're ready to be challenged, inspired, and supported as you pursue your professional best, we hope you'll explore a future with TRIUMPH.ResponsibilitiesRegularly setup, validate and run product using CNC lathes (Doosan, Mori Seiki, Haas) and mills (Mori Seiki Horizontal, Haas)Program and post one-off R&D product using Mastercam softwareMust be able to set up and operate manual lathes, mills, hones, grinders and other manual machinery to make aerospace quality parts, tooling, and R&D repairs holding tight tolerances and dimensions.Perform inspection of machined products, and document resultsAssist in other work areas by performing modifications to R&D componentsWork with hazardous chemicals such as: Acetone, Alcohol, coolant, and oilsPrevent and monitor Foreign Object DebrisCheck and document drawing dimensions using measuring devicesPart mark product using provided equipment/toolsMaintain orderly and retrievable records of work performed and complete records of test setups, work orders, photos, and proceduresUse computer to read and interpret drawings and specificationsMaintain an organized, clean, and safe working area (Pick up after oneself. Clean as you go)With assistance determine cause and corrective action through failure analysis in conjunction with Manufacturing Engineering, Design Engineering and Quality ControlCommunicate in a professional manner with managers, supervisors, and other associates to resolve job related issues or concernsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: walk, stand, sit, talk, and hearSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and depth perception.The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 poundsOther tasks/duties/responsibilities as assignedQualificationsHigh School Diploma, (GED) or equivalent10+ years experience on CNC lathes and millsMastercam X9 or newer experienceSafety orientatedGeneral mechanical knowledge/backgroundSkillsSafe use of hand and power toolsAbility to follow instruction.
