CNC MachinistAn exciting opportunity is available for an experienced CNC Machinist to work afternoon or night shifts (1 day shift open), helping to produce precision gas engine components. This role involves operating and setting up CNC equipment in a clean, organized, and team-focused manufacturing environment.Full-time direct hire permanent role.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC lathes, mills, grinders, shapers, and manual machinesMachine, grind, and test parts to engineering and customer specificationsInspect parts to ensure compliance with blueprints and manufacturing standardsVisually check components for defects, burrs, or surface damageMaintain accurate part identification, records, and documentationCommunicate shift handover information clearlyPerform routine machine and equipment maintenanceKeep the work area clean and organized, following manufacturing standardsSupport other related duties as neededRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED2+ years of machining experience with lathes, mills, or grindersAbility to read blueprints and manufacturing specificationsUnderstanding of GD&T fundamentalsExperience with precision machining preferredFamiliarity with aerospace materials is a plusAbility to work assigned shift:2:00 PM – 10:30 PM or10:00 PM – 6:30 AMPhysical RequirementsLift to 50 lbsPush/pull up to 60 lbsGrip strength of 50 lbsAbility to reach above shoulder heightCompensation & PerksPay range: $25 – $37.50 per hour2nd & 3rd Shift premiums and Sign-On Bonus1st shift has one openingRelocation assistance availableHealth, dental, and vision coverage401(k)Paid time off and holidaysEducational assistance
