Now Hiring: Mill/Cnc OperatorAlways There Personnel is currently hiring a Mill/CNC Operator to join a manufacturing and engineering team. We are looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating and setting up milling equipment.Job ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate milling machines according to job specificationsSelect appropriate tooling and configure machine settingsPerform test runs and make adjustments as neededMonitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and qualityInspect finished products for defects and proper specificationsLoad and unload materials from milling equipmentRecord production information, material usage, and operational dataFollow all safety procedures and environmental regulationsMaintain a clean and organized work areaRequirementsCNC/milling experience preferredExperience with forging, forging tooling, or tooling design is a plusAerospace manufacturing experience strongly preferredAbility to read and follow work instructions and SOPsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsGood communication skills and ability to work with managementAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBasic math skillsExperience using measuring tools such as:CalipersMicrometersHeight gaugesTape measuresPhysical RequirementsAbility to occasionally lift and move up to 40 lbs.Must be able to perform close, distance, peripheral, and depth vision tasksSafety glasses or prescription safety glasses are required while working in the shopIdeal candidate: Someone with CNC/milling experience who is dependable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to produce accurate, high-quality work.
