We're looking for skilled CNC Machinists/Operators to join a growing production team. You'll set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to create precision parts used in various industries — from aerospace to medical manufacturing.ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC lathes or mills to produce parts to spec.Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.Adjust offsets, speeds, and feeds for optimal performance.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Qualifications2+ years CNC machining experience (setup experience preferred).Ability to read mechanical drawings and understand GD&T.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Reliability and teamwork are musts!Pay: $27–$32/hr Shift: 1st or 2nd Shift | Full-time Benefits: Growth opportunities & overtime
