If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.About your role:As a CNC Machinist at Fiserv, you will machine replacement and new components that support critical production equipment used in card and print operations. You will work closely with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to troubleshoot issues, build fixtures, and improve equipment reliability. Your work helps keep manufacturing operations running safely, efficiently, and with consistent quality.What you'll do:Study and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, diagrams, and setup requirements to machine parts to specificationSet up and operate computer numerical control (CNC) lathes, including Haas and Fanuc-controlled equipment, to support production and repair needsIdentify required tooling, set gauges, and complete machine setup based on part requirements and tolerance specificationsTroubleshoot, diagnose, and correct mechanical equipment issues, and support repairs across production equipment and sub-assembliesMachine replacement parts, fabricate new components, and create fixtures used to manufacture parts and support equipment buildsPerform preventive maintenance, replace or repair components, and maintain manuals, tools, test equipment, and inventory records with accuracyAssist with equipment builds, including mechanical assembly, wiring, documentation, configuration, testing, and installationResponsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessaryExperience you'll need to have:3+ years of experience in CNC machining, including setup and operation of CNC lathes in a manufacturing or industrial environment3+ years of experience reading blueprints, drawings, and technical diagrams and machining parts to defined tolerances3+ years of experience using precision measurement tools, including calipers, micrometers, and similar inspection equipmentExperience troubleshooting mechanical equipment issues and supporting preventive maintenance and repair activities in a production environmentHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experienceExperience that would be great to have:Associate degree in precision machining or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experienceExperience using Haas G-code controlsExperience machining parts for high-speed manufacturing or print and card production equipmentExperience supporting fixture design, sub-assembly repair, or custom equipment buildsHow you'll work:You will work an assigned schedule of Monday-Thursday; 2:00 pm to 12:30 am.This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.This role requires flexibility to work overtime, including weekends and holidays.This role requires frequent moving and/or carrying of materials weighing up to 50 pounds.This role requires the ability to stand for a majority of the shift; safely lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds; lift above your shoulders; and climb, squat, kneel, twist, push, and bend frequently during each shift.Sponsorship:You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
