This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and adjusting CNC machinery to produce precision components according to specifications and quality standards.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Fusion software and CNC machining, along with experience operating Haas and Okuma machines. Strong attention to detail, the ability to read technical drawings, and experience making machine adjustments are essential for success in this role.ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC machines to produce precision partsProgram, edit, and adjust CNC programs as neededUse Fusion software for CNC programming and machining applicationsOperate and troubleshoot Haas and Okuma CNC machinesRead and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specificationsSelect and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and toolingMake machine offsets and adjustments to maintain part quality and accuracyInspect finished parts using precision measuring instrumentsPerform in-process and final quality inspectionsMonitor machine performance and make adjustments as neededIdentify tooling, programming, or machining issues and troubleshoot problemsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow all safety procedures and manufacturing standardsQualificationsPrevious professional experience as a CNC MachinistFusion software experience is requiredHaas CNC experience is requiredOkuma CNC experience is requiredAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsExperience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gaugesStrong understanding of CNC machining processes, tooling, feeds, and speedsAbility to make machine offsets and adjustmentsStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality partsAbility to work independently and troubleshoot machining issuesIf you have CNC machining experience with Fusion, Haas, and Okuma equipment, we encourage you to apply.
