By connecting with us, you position yourself for opportunities that align with what you're looking for.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC machinery, including lathes, mills, and grinders.Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and G-code.Perform in-process and final inspections of manufactured parts using precision measuring tools.Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machine operation, tooling, and programming.Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and work holding devices.Conduct routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.Recommended QualificationsProficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings.Demonstrated ability to set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC mills and/or lathes.Strong understanding of G-code and M-code programming.Experience with various measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, etc.) and inspection techniques.Ability to perform routine machine maintenance and tool changes.Knowledge of different materials and their machining properties.Bonus QualificationsAdditional certifications or trainingJob Titles That Should ApplyCNC Programmer, CNC Operator, Machinist, CNC Machinist Programmer, CNC Lathe Operator, CNC Mill Operator, Precision Machinist, CNC Technician, Machine Operator, Tool and Die MakerWhy The Pivot Group NetworkThe Pivot Group Network was founded by manufacturing professionals who've been on both sides of the hiring process.
