Monitor entire run due to unique forgings.Edit G and M codes and program machine (training provided as needed - experience preferred).Load material into machine utilizing overhead crane to ensure safe machining on forgings up to 3,000 lbs.Monitoring CNC machines/ lathes / mills / saws. Check parts throughout, make adjustments to conform to specifications.Verify blueprint and dimensions.

Visually inspect, layout and prepare materials as required.Identify forgings and material type. Read and understand entire part routing.Check parts throughout run and make adjustments. Examine material visually for flaws, defects and clean up.Calculate chain and strap adjustments to ensure the safe lifting and transporting of parts.Prior to loading part, identify forgings, material type, and verify blueprint and dimensions.
