Shift Availability: 1st and 2nd shifts

Weekly Commitment: 45–55 hours

Core Responsibilities

  • Execute CNC operations to manufacture precision parts according to specifications
  • Manage full machine configurations, including workholding, tooling, and necessary offsets
  • Modify and refine existing CNC code to ensure optimal performance
  • Analyze engineering blueprints, tolerances, and dimensions
  • Verify part quality using advanced measurement tools
  • Improve overall output by identifying and resolving machining obstacles
  • Optimize tool life by monitoring wear and performing necessary adjustments
  • Ensure consistent adherence to quality and production benchmarks
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues while maintaining independent workflow

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional CNC machining background
  • Extensive practical experience in operating CNC hardware
  • Proven ability to execute machine setups and process refinements
  • Proficiency in modifying existing CNC program files
  • No requirement for original programming from scratch
  • Competency in interpreting complex blueprints and GD&T standards
  • Deep knowledge of machining processes, feeds, speeds, and tooling
  • Capability to diagnose and fix tooling or machining complications
  • Reliable, meticulous, and committed to high-quality results

Preferred Experience

  • Background within the tool and die sector
  • Expertise in the production of stamping dies
  • Familiarity with WorkNC software
  • Experience crafting intricate components with tight tolerances
