Your success is what's next with Custom Truck One Source.Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join our team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts and components according to specifications.You will work with a variety of materials and use different tools to create complex shapes and designs.

The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of CNC machinery, strong technical skills, and a commitment to producing high-quality products.Shift Hours:Monday-Friday 5:00AM-1:30PMPrimary Responsibilities:Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine the machining operations requiredSet up and prepare CNC machines, including loading and securing materials, tools, fixtures and update tool data tablesProgram, edit, and optimize CNC machine code using CAM software and or manual programmingMonitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make necessary adjustments as neededConduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines to ensure optimal performanceSelect and install appropriate cutting tools, drills, and fixtures for each jobPerform precision machining operations such as, but not limited to turning, milling, drilling and tappingInspect finished products for quality and accuracy, using precision measuring tools and gaugesMake necessary adjustments to maintain product conformance and meet tight tolerancesCollaborate with engineering and production teams to develop and improve machining processesAdhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work areaExperience:High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining or related field is preferred.Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role, with a strong understanding of CNC machinery and programming.Experience with different CNC controller manufacturers such as Mazak, Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, etc.Proficient in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.Extensive knowledge of CNC programming languages (G-code, M-code) and CAM software (e.g., Mastercam).Familiarity with various CNC machines (mills, lathes, turning centers, etc.) and their operations.Ability to operate precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify part dimensions.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to adhere to them at all times.Benefits:401(k) with Employer MatchCompetitive Health CareDental, Vision, and Life InsurancePaid Vacation, Sick and HolidaysSTD/ LTDPartner DiscountsInvestment in Employee DevelopmentEqual Employment Opportunity EmployerCustom Truck One Source is an Equal Opportunity Employer and provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
