CNC Machinist IDonatelle - New Brighton - New Brighton, MN 55112OverviewSalary Range $21.00 - $28.00 Hourly Position Type Full TimeDescriptionOverview of Responsibilities:Operate and maintain assigned machines for production.Perform SPC on all parts that are running in the work centers.Change broken/dull tools and perform all offsets as required to keep the machine producing conforming parts.Production Support ResponsibilitiesAbility to keep up with all part de-burring that is part of the work center operation.Inspect parts using microscopes, tool maker's scope, micrometers, OGP, gage pins, thread gages, indicators, calipers or other equipment.Record inspection data in the data collection system.Written communication at shift change for status update.Train others to use inspection equipment that pertains to the job being run.General ResponsibilitiesFollow all work instructions.Responsibility to protect Donatelle confidential information and Intellectual Property.Follow safety requirements as outlined in the safety manual.Perform other projects and duties as assignedQualificationsPreferred Qualifications:Education/Experience:Must have 3+ years related experience.Other Qualifications and Desired Skills:Demonstration of basic machining skills either observed in the shop or evaluated by skills assessments.Microscope experience preferred.Physical Requirements:Must be able to use microscope for extended periods of time.Lifting up to 50 pounds.Pay: $21.00-$28.00/hour
