What You Will Do As a CNC Machinist you will set up, operate, monitor, and adjust CNC machining equipment to manufacture precision components according to engineering specifications. You will verify machine setups, inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments, troubleshoot machining issues, maintain tooling, and support quality and production goals while following established safety and manufacturing procedures. The CNC Machinist helps transform engineering designs into finished precision components using CNC machining technology. This position requires mechanical aptitude, technical skill, and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Successful CNC Machinist professionals understand machining processes, dimensional tolerances, tooling selection, and inspection procedures while maintaining efficient production and quality standards. Strong analytical thinking supports effective troubleshooting and process improvement.
