Read below for more information!What you will do as a CNC Machinist:Set up and operate vertical and horizontal CNC milling machines to produce parts to specLoad/unload materials, select tooling, set work offsets, and make basic program edits as neededInterpret blueprints, work orders, and GD&T callouts; verify dimensions using calipers, micrometers, and gaugesMonitor machine performance, adjust feeds/speeds, and troubleshoot routine issues to maintain quality and throughputComplete production and inspection documentation; follow 5S and maintain a clean, safe work areaCollaborate with teammates, cross-train on varied tasks, and support continuous improvementWhat you need to be a CNC Machinist:Experience with CNC milling (vertical and/or horizontal) preferred; willing to train the right candidateAbility to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools; strong basic math/mechanical aptitudeReliable, responsible, ambitious, and comfortable pitching in on varied tasks; effective team playerAbility to lift 25–30 pounds and stand for extended periods with or without reasonable accommodationsDon't miss out on this opportunity! Up to 40 hours may be carried into the next anniversary period—so with carryover, an employee may have roughly three weeks on the books at once. The company will pay out up to 40 hours of unused vacation that cannot be carried over; any additional unused time is forfeited. Holiday pay begins after 3 months of employment, and all vacation requests require management approval.
