Build It. Improve It. Deliver It.Take ownership of CNC machining operations from setup through process optimizationTest, validate, and optimize new and existing CNC programs, fixtures, tooling, and machining processesInterpret machine manuals and develop custom macros to support advanced machining operationsLoad parts, operate CNC machining centers, inspect finished components, and perform deburring as neededPartner with Programming to optimize cutting parameters and improve machining performanceCollaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to drive continuous process improvementsSupport the successful launch of new production parts by implementing machining procedures and best practicesTroubleshoot machining issues, make adjustments, and verify machine performance to OEM standardsDocument process improvements, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actionsStay current with emerging machining technologies and recommend innovative manufacturing solutionsMaintain exceptional quality standards while supporting Lean manufacturing initiativesContribute wherever needed to support production and team successThe Experience That Builds SuccessExperience with CNC machining and process optimizationAbility to set and verify centerline on 3-, 4-, and/or 5-axis CNC machinesStrong troubleshooting and machining problem-solving skillsBasic understanding of G-Code (required)Experience setting and adjusting boring headsProbing knowledge is a plusRight-angle head experience is a plusHard metal machining experience is a plusExperience with Okuma OSP-300 and/or Fanuc controls is a plusAerospace manufacturing experience is preferredITAR RequirementThis position involves access to information and technology regulated under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
