This position plays a key role in producing high-precision components used in critical industrial applications. You'll work in a stable, well-established facility known for its commitment to quality, safety, and employee development.Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate CNC machines for production runsPerform milling, drilling, tapping, boring, and threading operationsInspect parts using precision measuring tools to ensure quality standardsConduct routine machine maintenance and make tool adjustments as neededRead and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructionsMaintain accurate production records and part countsFollow all company safety policies and maintain a clean, organized workspaceCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisorsPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:Minimum of 1 year operating 4-axis CNC machines and conventional turning equipmentAbility to read and edit CNC programsSkilled in the use of micrometers, dial indicators, gauges, and calipersProficient in interpreting blueprints and maintaining work qualityHigh school diploma or GED requiredStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift throughout the shiftRegularly lift and move up to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 50 poundsMust have good vision, depth perception, and hand-eye coordinationWork Environment:Fast-paced manufacturing setting with exposure to moving machineryOccasional exposure to heat, airborne particles, and lubricantsPersonal protective equipment (PPE) required at all timesNoise levels may be high; hearing protection is providedApply now to grow your career in a company that values quality, safety, and technical excellence.
