CNC Machinist (Entry Level)We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist who will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC mills.

The role involves installing appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for machining operations, performing routine maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal machine performance.Responsibilities:Set up and operate CNC mills efficiently.Install appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for machining operations.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines.Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.Inspect finished products to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.Collaborate with team members, engineers, and supervisors to optimize production processes.Document production activities, machine performance, and any issues encountered.Essential Skills:Experience with blueprint reading and machine operations.Proficiency in CNC machine operation, including lathe and mill setup.Solid programming skills, preferably with SolidWorks and Mastercam.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Experience with Haas machines.Expertise in mill and lathe operation and setup.Why Work Here?Join a rapidly growing company that is doubling its sales every year, offering ample opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.Work Environment:Work in a dynamic manufacturing environment with state-of-the-art equipment, specifically Haas machines. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
