This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, continuous learning, and working with advanced machine tools.You'll be responsible for setting up and operating CNC and manual equipment to meet exact specifications while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.This is a physically active role, requiring standing for most of the shift and lifting materials up to 50 lbs.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC machines and other shop equipment to produce precision partsPlan and execute machining operations from raw material to finished productInterpret engineering drawings, routings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs)Perform basic machine offsets and setups to ensure accurate productionUse precision measuring tools and gauges to verify part qualityOperate equipment such as:CNC Machines (FANUC controls)Milling machinesSurface grindersDrill pressesHand tools and inspection equipmentMeet production timelines while maintaining quality standardsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent3+ years of machining experience, including CNC setup and operationAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing instructionsStrong understanding of machining processes and tolerancesAbility to safely lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periodsCommitment to maintaining a safe work environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience working with FANUC controlsBackground in precision machining for industrial or oil & gas applicationsExperience with inspection tools and quality standardsWork Environment & Physical RequirementsOn your feet 90–95% of the shiftAbility to lift and carry up to 50 lbsWork in a machine shop / heavy equipment environmentRequired use of appropriate PPE and safety proceduresCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive pay (based on experience, education, and potential)Overtime available based on production needsHealth, dental, vision, life, and long term disability insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and paid holidaysTuition reimbursementAdditional RequirementsMust be authorized to work in the U.S.Must successfully complete a drug screen, physical, and background checkIf you're a hands-on machinist who values precision, quality, and craftsmanship, we'd love to hear from you.
