Job TitleResponsible for operating and overseeing CNC machines to produce parts and components as per design specifications.Job Duties• Operating CNC machines to produce parts based on pre-programmed instructions.• Loading raw materials (metal, wood, etc.) into the CNC machine and unloading finished parts.• Starting and monitoring machine operations to ensure the product is made according to specifications.• Keeping a close eye on machine operations during the production cycle to detect any issues or malfunctions.• Inspecting and measuring finished parts using calipers, micrometers, or other precision tools to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.• Adjusting machine settings (e.g., speed, feed, and cutting tools) as needed to maintain product quality.Skills and Qualifications• Experience with CNC Operation - Mills / Lathes• Experience with Reading Blueprints and measurements• Able to lift and/or move up to 50lbs• Able to stand for 8+ hours a dayBenefits Once Hired In!• Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance• PTO• Paid Holidays• 401K• Yearly Bonuses*This is a drug-free workplace.
