Schivo Medical is seeking to hire an experienced Milling operator, as an employee you will tackle a wide array of problems, including some of the world's greatest medical challenges.

You will work side by side with experts in our industry.

Overtime available and night differential

CNC Machine Operator Position Overview:

A CNC Operator sets up, runs, and monitors numerical control milling machines to cut and shape precision metal or plastic parts.

CNC Machine Operator Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Verify components are produced to print (dimensional and visual inspection)
• Change tools.
• Make offsets.
• Load material and remove scrap.
• Fill out various paperwork.
• Simultaneous operation of multiple machines
• Minor troubleshooting
• Inspect finished machines parts.

CNC Machine Operator Necessary Education, Skills, and Competencies (including licensing and certifications):

• Proven experience with lathe/mill turning machines.
• Experience with CNC Milling or lathe machines.
• Experience using the Fanuc control preferred.
• Must have the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints (GD&T symbols).
• Working knowledge of various materials & tools (inserts, endmills, drills)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Effective communication skills and positive can-do attitude
• Must be dependable and possess a willingness to learn new techniques.

Physical requirements:

• Ability to stand for several hours.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
