Manufacturing And Carpentry RoleThis role involves operating CNC machinery and woodworking equipment to fabricate precision components based on CAD, Revit drawings, and production specifications. The position is responsible for preparing materials, setting up and running machines, and ensuring finished products meet exact quality and dimensional standards through inspection and measurement. The ideal individual has strong mechanical aptitude, basic math skills, and the ability to read tape measures and interpret drawings while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality. This person is self-driven, collaborative, and adaptable, with the ability to solve problems quickly and contribute effectively to team-based project completion.Ideal Candidates Will HaveHigh School Diploma or GED required; technical training or carpentry experience preferredKnowledge of or willingness to learn CNC machine operation and woodworking equipmentForklift experience preferred, with ability to safely handle and move materialsStrong understanding of safety procedures and commitment to maintaining a safe work environmentWorking Conditions/Physical RequirementsAbility to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 75 lbs occasionally and frequent bending, climbing, kneeling, twisting, squatting, crawling, and repetitive hand/arm useCapable of standing, walking, and moving throughout the facility for extended shifts of up to 12 hoursComfortable working at heights using ladders, scaffolding, swing stages, and man lifts frequentlyAbility to work safely in a production or field environment with moderate to high exposure to safety risks and hazardsWillingness to work in varying environmental conditions, including wet, hot, humid, and cold weather, and outdoors (Depending on location)Ability to wear all required PPE, including but not limited to safety boots, safety glasses, hearing protection, high visibility vest, hard hat, and other PPE as required by the task, department, or work area.This profile summarizes key duties and expectations but does not list every possible job task.
